Know the one. Keep the window.

A first-timer, someone who already comes, or a visitor from another cell. We check the church records first, so no one is entered twice.

The cell offering

What the cell collected when it sat — one total, in shillings. Tithes and other givings are not cell offering: carry those to the finance minister and report them there. No one's giving is named here.

Total

No offering was taken this week

Leave this empty if the offering has not been counted yet — an uncounted offering is left unsaid, not recorded as nil. After reporting, hand the offering to the finance office.

A living cell grows.

At 45 members a daughter cell is prepared; at 50 the cell multiplies. Two successors stand ready before any multiplication.
